I managed to increase both my 1rm and progressively overload on most exercises. It was a good shake up to what I was previously doing and definitely helped my powerlifting goals. Thanks for workouts bro 💪

The program I received from Ascension Fitness was perfect for me as I used to go to the gym lacking structure,it taught me effective ways to make the most of my time at the gym and I’ve seen pretty significant improvements on my body all in all, I’ve learnt new ways to lift & have kept up my gym attendance thanks to this program.
Before started Tom’s program i felt lazier and less energised throughout the day, but after following it for 4 weeks alongside the dietary recommendations from tom i’ve seen an insane growth in muscle mass and i feel way more motivated day to day, losing a fair bit of weight all in a month! I would highly recommend the programme to anyone looking for quick and noticeable results. Big shoutout to Tom👊🏽
I have been stuck in the same gym routine for years with limited results. Tom designed a program for me that gave me a full body work out. I left the gym feeling like I had a good workout but as he introduced me to drop down sets I felt energised. My program was 3 days a week, I didn't think that was enough but I went with it and the full body sessions and prescribed rest days have had a positive effect on my recovery and ability to have a meaningful workout each session.
